Thanks to all of you who contributed so generously to our website campaign. We have now reached our year-end fundraising goal!!
SAQA issued three challenges; the $25,000 Frank Klein challenge, a $3,000 challenge from Lisa Ellis, and a $3,450 “Pixeladies” challenge from combined gifts of Kris Sazaki, Deb Cashatt, Jean Tutolo, and a lead gift from Barbara Blanchard. As a result of these challenges, many of your donations had DOUBLE the impact.
AND because of you, we are thrilled to announce that
SAQA is building a New Home!
Many web design firms responded to our application process, but one stood heads above the others AND was enthusiastically recommended by the International Quilt Study Center and Museum. The SAQA board has chosen a Nebraska-based marketing firm called Unanimous to build and design SAQA’s new website.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all of you who donated in support of SAQA’s new website. Thanks to all of you, SAQA can move forward into the future while embracing a myriad of digital opportunities to experience our art form and to connect with one another.
Sincerely,
Martha Sielman
